Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many clients leave a key, lockbox code or door code. Your cleaner checks in on arrival and sends a message when the job is done.
Do you take out the trash or make the beds?
Yes. We take out the trash and make the beds as part of your clean, so you come home to a space that's fresh and ready.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Every crew carries vacuums, mops, microfiber cloths, steam equipment and our eco-safe product kit. If you prefer a specific product, leave it out and we'll use it.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Our standard kit uses plant-based, fragrance-light products. For stronger jobs like ovens or grout we use targeted products and ventilate the room. Tell us about allergies when you book.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three days is usually enough. Move-out and post-construction jobs book up faster at the end of the month, so reach out a week ahead if you can.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
